Long before the birth of "impact investing", we had identified the signs of a global - alarming - environmental change. At that time, only a few companies answered the call. 

 

Nowadays, the word "sustainability" is everywhere. But we are not there yet: massive deployment of renewables is not going to solve the problem. Neither batteries or "green" technologies would, alone. 

 

Humanity enters a new era. Of scarce & expensive energy. Of fewer resources and higher constraints. Few things will remain as they were yesterday. This is a fantastic opportunity to transform businesses "for good".
